Hello,

I'm a lifelong member of the community.  I think Girard is a very special place to live and raise a family!  After graduating from Girard High School I went on to complete a general degree at Fort Scott Community College.  From there I transferred to Pittsburg State and completed my BS in History Education and received my Masters in Educational Leadership.  I started my teaching career in Liberal, Missouri. finishing out a year before moving on to Uniontown, Kansas.  I have been teaching here in Girard since 2005-2006 school year.  I teach middle school social studies, coach high school girl's basketball, and share the middle school athletic director position.  Personally I have four beautiful, wonderful daughters that are my life and a beautiful wife Emily.  I like to spend my spare time watching them become amazing people, attending sporting events, traveling, and gardening!
